It was fascinating to visit old city Hyderabad and see hundreds of shops that sell nothing but wedding invites. It amazes me to consider the number of options shop keepers give to us.  Madhu and I walked several shops trying to figure out what may be the best options. I was looking for a cross cultural card sample, while most cards were having a Genesha on the top. Noticing my lack of directness Madhu intervened and said, "Bhaiya, Christian bumma wala card dekaiye" Meaning show us cards with Christian symbolism. Not exactly the idea I wanted to project but I was amazed with Madhu's acceptance of me and my preferences. He continues to amaze me about his unassuming direct approach.

Most of the cards I selected gravitated towards the thoughts of what would Nicole like. This must be love, when you start to think from someone else's preference point of view and it isnt a strain!. 

I was amazed that one of the cards that I did select was same as the one Nicole had selected on a website, though I had not known until I got back. So I guess the selection is made.
