It is worth considering that starting a life together is all about making space and moving into each other's space and for long term survival, it is a good idea to look for additional space to live in.  Mindful of this aspect and the fact that my future wife may appreciate space, I started to think about finding a new apartment.  As soon as I mentioned about possibly moving to Madhu and Anirudh, they both suggested that it would be wonderful to find a place nearby. Nearby would be good as it would allow Nicole and I to transition but not be overwhelmed with new locality for both of us. Also, it would be nice to be in the proximity of the people we know (in my locality, it would only be people I know). God always has better and unexpected plans that our little minds cannot plan or imagine. Within two days Madhu came with an offer from his friend Seenu, a fellow dhobi (clothes ironing person) for an amazing independent house with not one, not two but three rooms and a living room. The house even has a veranda and kitchen twice the size of what I currently have. So a quick phot session was done to show on skype to get Nicole's input, and next morning down payment was given.... Following is the look at our unfurnished apartment. Of course, we will be getting it painted and improving the look but at least this would give you a glimpse.
